Solayer and Termina: Restaking sUSD for SVM networks

Termina is on a mission to enhance the infrastructure available on Solana to SVM Layer 2 and network builders, and this integration with Solayer marks a significant step in that direction.

Termina is integrating with Solayer as their first exogenous AVS partner, creating new avenues for restakers and validators to help secure and scale SVM networks using sUSD, Solayer’s newly launched yield-bearing USDC stablecoin.

Solayer’s Shared Validator Network (SVN) currently allows Solana validators to restake their assets, providing a security layer for dApps and other Actively Validated Services (AVSes).

At its core, this integration will allow Solayer validators to extend their role by securing Termina networks via exogenous AVSes and act as sequencers for them. With sUSD integrated on Termina, it becomes an option for Termina L2s as their auto-yield-bearing USDC, offering both security and financial advantages.

Termina L2s will become the first exogenous AVSes to leverage sUSD, giving builders a dependable security foundation to deploy highly performant networks with ease on Termina.
